The Green Garage Studio Garden is participating in the Tremont neighborhood tour with a new design transition! This spring I brought in many new native meadow plants & grasses to help with biodiversity & climate resilience creating a micro meadow in our studio and home gardens. My native perennials were purchased from one of my favorite local native nursery, Meadow City in Cleveland's Waterloo neighborhood, as well as ordering native plugs from Garden for Wildlife online site in support of the National Wildlife Federation.

HELLO, I'm Angela Ben-Kiki sole proprietor, artist, designer, seamstress & gardener of GGS.

The studio garden was established as an ever changing urban NWF habitat designed with waterwise plants & local reclaimed hardscape materials. Having gone through many colorful transformations over the years, I am excited to share my latest redesign of the gardens. This spring, I planted additional local native meadow species & grasses to help transition into a micro meadow for biodiversity & resilience for our pollinators, birds and people of the community to enjoy.

My sewing production on new GGS Goods is currently paused while I tend my 'growing' outdoor work, garden consulting along with online gardening education. It's also been an ideal time for reorganizing the entire studio while also reassessing the future direction of GGS for a fresh restart.
